What magic potion did you drink that lets you make such good art like this? I’m trying to figure out how to start out my HMC (Howl’s Moving Castle) fan comic, but I don’t know what to do or where to start. I understand the plot (somewhat), but everything’s so confusing in terms of layout and art.

As for comic layout I’ve only ever made one comic before, so my advise is kinda iffy but I’d recommend watching tutorials on YouTube for comic layout but also watch StudioBinders videos on camera angles and shot composition.
Comics are movies in snapshot format, you need to convey the emotion and story through deliberate pacing. Studying comics you are a fan of is another good place to start
