I was thinking about what Arctic would look like back when he was a bird-in-training, and his younger years.

I don't know who this is, but maybe a new bird-in-training?

Wing Tough is a calm bird-in-training who greatly enjoys trivia. He knows a lot of really obscure random facts, and will always spout them out in conversation. He is usually fairly good at keeping his cool, and knows when to back down. He wants to obtain a large number of nays in order to play trivia games, and one day enter his team onto game shows that are viewed on international television. He mentally trains his nays very hard, and forces them to memorize useless trivia, since it is his number one passion.
