‘What I Ate Today’ ~ Day 2 10/08/2016 So, I decided to do this kind of post daily, at the end of the day, because it helps me a lot with keeping track of everything I eat. Again, I wanna mention that I’m vegetarian and I’m intermittent fasting, so today I ate breakfast at 11 am, lunch at 3 pm and I ate a small snack instead of dinner at 5 pm. COFFEE: I mention my coffee because even though I drink it black, unsweetened I usually put a teaspoon of cocoa powder in it because it tastes awesome and it contains lots of good fat in it, along with a little bit of protein and some carbs. Overall, the one I use is bio and really healthy. BREAKFAST: For breakfast I boiled some oatmeal with chia seeds, until it became like a pudding, then added a teaspoon of cocoa powder, Stevia sweetner, ½ of a banana and a small peach. I also put some mixed seeds on top of it including quinoa, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. It was so delicious. It tastes like chocolate and I’m personally obsessed over this recipe ❤ Also, I drank a cup of green tea mixed with some blueberry tea. LUNCH: For lunch I fried (with a spoon of olive oil, no more than that) a cup of chopped zucchini and a cup of chopped eggplant with ½ of a medium onion and some greeted carrot. In the end I put some long slices of green pepper on top. I added some pepper (I usually make my food spicy) and a little bit of soy sauce. Then, I decorated it with cucumber and tomatoe. I put some sweet corn, a little bit of feta and mixed seeds on top and Voilà. That’s the recipe. SNACK: -a cup of blackberries -a small peach and some green tea -a cup of green tea This is what I ate today. I also did 50 min of Tonic Step with my favourite trainer at the gym at 7 pm and I feel really energised rn, writing this. I hope yo have a great day and … See ya next time ^•^✌
