Binance is a bunch of thieves. It's not a legitimate company. Don’t be another victim Do not use Binance platform for crypto. They just steal my money. Binance refuses refunds.Even I submit so many evidences. They already know its’ mine,But every time request additional recording video Their customer service team just make fun of me.

One day I try to sell my USDT from Binance platform (on my account) to Bithumb platfrom (to another person's account). And Bithumb not accept my request and refund it to binance. Amount is about $814 At first, I think I can get this money easily. But when I just wait for the refund for some days. Nothing happen. I just try to find a way to appeal for refund in Binance. Binance's Customer Service team try to help me how to appeal. and I try to record one video as they guide. In the video I try to show my id and try to log in Binance platform and show the history and result that needs to be refund. But the result was rejected. and Binance C.S Team guide me to record another video. They let me go to the Bithumb user home to record video with her. To show the refunded part in the Bithumb platform. I did it and post that video. and reject again. and they told me the reason was wrong TXID. I just find something wrong the TXID and try to appeal again with right TXID. and reject again after 2days. and The result was rejected and Let me record another video. At this moment, I just recognize that Binannce will not refund my money and they just let me make another video and waste my time to do it. They just make fun of me. I am so much frustrated mentally . I thought Binance is good company and we can trust. but The truth is Binance will not refund your money even they have enough poof. I really shock at this kind of Binance attitude. Why Binance acting like this way. I wasted so many days to refund my money from Binance. It is so painful to know that I lost money and Binance makes me a fool. I just share this experience. So there no more victims like me. Do not trust Binance. Binance is the biggest crypto company in the world. But when you have an time to refund your money, they will make fun of you and they will not refund it. I will never ever use Binance platform in my life. Binance is Devil's company. So bad. I don't understand how they can act in this way.
