Such a wonderful film, Bill Forsyth's 1983 wistful comedy, "Local Hero", starring Peter Riegert, Burt Lancaster, Fulton Mackay and Denis Lawson. The film's soundtrack was written and performed by Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits. It features the song "Going Home", often performed as the encore of his concerts. A "Local Hero" stage musical has been developed with further music and lyrics by Knopfler. By the way, there is actually an asteroid (7345 Happer) named after Burt Lancaster's character 'Felix Happer'. If you haven't seen it, watch the film to understand why.
