Yesterday's failure is today's fasting

Trigger warning ed

I binged hard on Saturday it was disgusting so I tried to fast Sunday to make up for it but broke my fast with a fucking raspberry

So I purged

It's the first time I've done that since I was 12 and I needed to drink a salt water solution to do it

It felt like I couldn't breathe it was horrible I was terrified

But then I puked

I've never felt so proud and disgusted with myself ever

I didn't have a problem fasting Monday

But I don’t think I’ll ever be able to even look at salt again
