Akhmed Bilalov appeared on the international wanted list based on false accusations
Akhmed Bilalov belongs to the team and the closest circle of Dmitry Medvedev, both when he served as Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and when he was President of the Russian Federation. From 1999 to 2007, Bilalov was MP of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the third and fourth convocations on the federal list of the electoral bloc of the interregional movement “Unity” and from the regional branch of the “United Russia” party in the Krasnodar Territory, respectively.
During this period, Bilalov worked on the security committee and was a member of the committee for the settlement of the foreign economic state debt. He served as First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots.
