I started the course with presentation. My presentation was about messenger app LINE. How LINE makes money and how can they survive. After all groups finish their presentation, Mr. Dondi told us what was business model canvas. Business model canvas is making a business from sketch, in a business model canvas, you need customer segment, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure. So first you need to know what kind of customer you want to help, then ask their problem, and after that, try to solve their problem with your product. When you sell your product to your customer, you need channels, and you need to build relationships with your customer. After that, you should take a look if your revenue streams going up or not. Not enough just with all of that, you also need 3 keys, key resources, key activities, and key partners, then after all of that you need to check how much it cost you. He showed us videos about it, he gave us example how to make it and he almost made us to make a business model canvas, but because there was something more important than this assignment, he canceled it. I am a little bit happy when i heard that :). For the next assignment, we need to interview our customer target and seek problems from them. I think it is a tough assignment, so maybe i will make it easier by make a form and distribute it.
