All these fucking Bigpipe ads piss me off. Bigpipe failed to connect my internet after THREE MONTHS, then tried to blame everyone else and pressure me into staying with them longer when I told them Iâd had enough. The company I switched to had me connected in less than two weeks.
Basically NZ users, Bigpipe is not a decent Kiwi company and youâll be better off elsewhere.

Mish Guru + Bigpipe Case Study
Background:
Looking to drive brand awareness amongst itâs tech savvy target customers, Bigpipe Broadband launched a simple Snapchat⢠competition. The call to action:
"send us a Snap of why you deserve a PS4â˘.
Our Objective:
To provide a consistent measure of the Bigpipe Snapchat⢠account performance and to simplify content management.
What we did:
Mish Guru setup the Bigpipe Snapchat⢠account and ran it through our account management tool over the 5-day period of the campaign.
- Details for the competition were pushed out on the first day through the Snapchat⢠story feature.
- Competition entries were collected and displayed for judging
-The impression performance of all content published was measured and presented through the dashboard.
Results:
By working with Mish Guru, Bigpipe was able to check in each day and see top line performance at a glance - a first for any brand using Snapchatâ˘.
Throughout the competition, Bigpipe was able to achieve an average open rate of 75% for all content published on Snapchatâ˘. With the received content captured and stored in a user friendly format, Bigpipe was able to drive further engagement by republishing the top entries from each day across all of their social media channels.
