Today's cheese diary: learned how to pull mozzarella cheese curds... 1) my final cheese ball (I used the good sea salt from @kylorenjoe) 2) 180-190°F water 3) @chefjimmy03 from @bigmozz on Zoom and my first attempts at bocconcini 4) cheese ball 3! 5) make water 6) getting ready for dinner 7) chicken saag pizza.
