UPDATE: I'm getting some questions about this, I can't tell if they're genuine or not. But to clarify, Bear is not my dog. He was born blind and left at a shelter at 8wks old where his family adopted him. His gofundme has a copy of his X-ray and you can go to his instagram to learn more about him.
