Read until the end. (A poem)
This story leads to a secret.
A trail off the beaten path
I have always loved in grey
Heart growing, pushing, begging to sprout through the surface
I grow red in the face from trying
Exhausted, unsure of what to do.
Fear has always been my biggest enemy
Love has always been my greatest goal
I’ve been afraid of accepting part of myself that don’t fit perfectly into any place
I fear I won’t ever be able to explore the littlest crevices of my soul because to someone, because there is always one, it won’t be right
But I am learning about who I am
Not force myself into anything
I am on a journey of self exploration
I want to try and experiment with you
So kiss me until my lips turn cold and blue
So warm, soft, the softest of pinks
Try the taste, take a bite
I’m certainly open to you tonight
I want your love to hold me down
All are beautiful, all I could love
Flag of pink, purple, and blue hangs above
A place to have to go when it’s cold
I’m looking for a heart like mine so together we can build a home
But for now, I’ve got so much time.
And developing all of my love is the only thing on my mind.
