Don't intend to be provocative, but how is the description of bisexuality on that ice cream post biphobic? If bisexuality is the attraction to same and other genders, then what's the difference between bisexuality and pansexuality or polysexuality? I always thought that was what the prefix "bi-" meant :S
It's biphobic because it's incorrect, and people continually throw around that specific, wrong definition of bisexuality despite the fact that bisexuals have historically used the same-and-different-genders definition. The bi- prefix does not refer to a gender binary.
As to the difference between bisexual and pansexual, a lot of it comes down to just respecting what people choose to identify as, and I'm just gonna direct you to these posts to explain it better than I could [x] [x] [x]
