He's a cute potatoe, but he hides his emotions so that Shockwave will feel proud of him and have the approval he wants from his dad creator.
He was present when Shockwave was disconnected in his lab, so he WAS also disconnected. The autobots believed that it was a decepticon weapon (which in itself, it is), so they took him without knowing that he was alive.

I wish we had more of the Devilâs Nest chimeras. So many of them have cool designs, and yet they donât even have names.
Theyâre just a family of weirdos and outsiders who were wronged by their military and still lived a decent life together.
I wish they all didnât die. I actually skip the episodes/chapters when the military raids the Devilâs Nest because it breaks my heart every time.
They genuinely seemed like a fun group of buddies, I miss them too anon
