[O] Here is no parking area. [R] You have parked in a no parking zone. Your bicycle may be removed.

[O] If your bicycle is left here, by Suginami City bicycle ordinance, your bicycle is removed any time. As removing expenses, 5,000 yen is required when your bicycle is returned to you. [R] Bicycles which have been removed may be retrieved upon payment of a 5,000 Yen fine. (Suginami City ordinance #_____)

[O] If your bicycle is Chain Locked to guardrail etc, lock is cut off. We don’t take any responsibility at all for the damage caused by removing the bicycle. [R] Suginami City is not responsible for replacing any locks which are cut and/or fixing any damage which results from bicycle removal.
