So basically this is when he's fifteen. Justin was at the beach and the public wasn't really there so he kinda had peace. And there's this girl (can be you) where she purposely annoys her brother because she has nothing to do but play in the water alone since her parents are also doing other stuff. Her brother told her to quit annoying him and basically do something else. That's when she finally goes for a swim and someone bumped into her. They collided pretty hard which made her lose balance. It was justin who ran into her.

Idek what I'm saying ATP but like yeah that's what happened and they talked, played and even swam together in the ocean.

Time skip, you thought Justin forgot about you and probably moved on and that ur just a memory but what you didn't know was he's actually making a song about u (which is baby) and is asking ur parents permission to let you in the music video (they had to talk online lol) and that's when y'all start dating...
