 I originally bought the No7 Beautiful Skin Eye Make Up Remover for two reasons. The first was that after using LancĂ´meâs Bi-Facil, I decided dual phase was the way to go. Secondly, I had a voucher!
Compared with Bi-Facil, it was disappointing. You have to shake the bottle quite hard and then immediately get the solution on to the cotton wool otherwise itâŚ
