🧡 Paneer Bhujing 🧡 Bhujing is a dish which was curated by my Grandpa (Mr. Sudha Gawad)back in 1940. Started on a small scale, today it has gained popularity worldwide amongst the non vegetarian lovers. Recently they've introduced a special vegetarian version of the popular chicken dish - Paneer Bhujing. Which essentially is char grilled Panner and potatoes marinated in turmeric and jeera, later cooked with onions, green peas and assortment of Indian spices. Finally the whole dish is mixed with flattered rice (Nylon poha) and hence the masterpiece Bhujing is formed.
