it’s loud, the screams coming from terrified adults and excited kids as they run around. there’s a lot going on, but minki’s just taking it all in silently. he’s found himself a corner, a good ways away from the bonfire, but still in sight. he’s got a large can of beer in his hands, but he’s almost done with it. there’s a brown paper bag sitting next to his feet, concealing the bottle of whiskey that he had brought as well. he’s prepared to just watch the commotion all around him, preferring to do so. that is, until he spots a figure making their way to his spot. “need to get away from all the scares and screaming kids?” he asks, his lips quirking up in a small smile as he eyes the person. might as well strike up a conversation if they’re on their way over to where he is. it’s more awkward not to do so.
