1. Jason would go off the rails and try to be Batman. He's always thought that he needed to be Batman, and I don't doubt he thinks he'd be better at it than the others, because he can get 'the job' (as defined by him) done

2. Cass would run away/refuse to be in Gotham under the shock of Bruce's death (we meet her originally when she's run away, she runs away after the Lady Shiva incident, regressing to a past coping mechanism isn't too unlikely)

3. Dick would be deeply unsympathetic to any individual person's trauma related to Bruce's death and the aftermath, if it meant that they were fucking up with getting 'the job' (as defined by him) done

4. Tim would focus on getting Bruce back, single-mindedly, because he believes that Gotham needs Bruce-as-Batman and also well, we know what happened with Kon, for instance

And finally, that Babs and Alfred would largely "stay in their lane" no matter how bad it all gets.
