To the anon who asked about a BFH chapter where MC would be pregnant, here's what I've got so far:
“Ugh.” I moaned for the thousandth time since settling in the bed.
I was well into my pregnancy now. My bump making any movement exhausting and any rest extremely uncomfortable. Even now, with a host of pillows propped up behind me, I wiggled trying to find a position that wasn’t killing my back. Jin’s head whipped around to me, looking me over in concern. The closer I got to my due date, the more anxious he got. He hardly ever left my side except to use the bathroom and cook. He wasn’t the only one.
All seven of them were constantly hovering over me. And whereas I could tolerate it well in my early stages of pregnancy, my mood swings made me a lot less tolerating the longer I carried this child. Pregnancy hormones were a force to be reckoned with.
“Can’t get comfortable?” Jin asked softly lest he trigger another tantrum from me.
“I can never get comfortable anymore.” I grumbled, shifting again.
“Here.” He grunted, sitting up.
He maneuvered me enough to slip behind me, his back nestled against the pillows I was leaning against minus one that he slipped between his legs and my lower back. Once he was settled, I slowly leaned back into his chest, letting my head drop onto his shoulder as his hands slipped around my front to cradle my belly. The subtle shift in weight from my abdomen to his hands was heavenly as I sighed in pleasure relishing the relief while I had it. I cupped the back of his hands with my own letting my eyes close.
“Better?”
I hummed in answer letting the background noise of the television lull me into a catatonic state. I was so close to falling asleep, until a door slammed, ripping me from my almost nap. Jin groaned softly behind me, his head hitting the headboard as he tipped it back.
“I’m gonna kill them.”
I couldn’t even muster the energy to be upset as Taehyung waltzed into the bedroom with Namjoon on his heels.
“How are my favorite girls?” Tae crooned, rounding the edge of the bed to sit beside Jin and me.
We hadn’t confirmed the gender, I didn’t want to know until the day of and while the boys were dying to know, they respected my decision. Despite that, Tae was convinced our little bean was a girl and there was no talking him out of it. His hands cupped my bump gently, thumbs stroking the distended skin in hopes he would get a kick in response.
“Better if I wasn’t just about to sleep.” I yawned.
“Then it’s a good thing I bought these at the grocery store.” I heard Yoongi before I saw him.
He popped around the corner of the door, jar of pickles in hand as he held them up proudly. I gasped happily, reaching out for him as he walked further into the room.
“You’re home too?” I asked him as he got closer.
“Yep. I picked up Hoseok to go shopping with me. So, he’s home too. If you want these, we also made sure to grab some cheese for you too. It just needs to be melted.”
He finally got close enough that I could grab him. I tugged his head down to mine for a kiss that he gladly accepted.
“You know me so well.”
“Of course. Wouldn’t want my head bit off again for forgetting any pregnancy cravings. I learned my lesson.” He chuckled.
“I can go get the cheese.” Jin offered.
Taehyung jumped off, holding out both arms to help me swing my legs off the mattress and stand up.
“You took your vitamins already right?” Yoongi asked.
“First thing this morning.”
I yawned again, wincing as my weight transferred to my swollen feet.
“Have you been sleeping?” Namjoon trailed behind us as I more or less waddled my way out of the room.
“Sort of. If I get to sleep, I can’t stay asleep for very long. I just can’t get comfortable.”
“We should start the stretches again. Those seemed to help you.”
“Dibs!” Jungkook called as we exited the hallway.
“Dibs?” I repeated, accepting his incoming kiss.
“Yeah. It’s my turn to help you with stretches.”
