I saw some people on Reddit commenting on how the second season mirrors the first. I personally didn't like this constant recycling.

Next season I don't want any iconic dances...

I don't want anyone in a coma...

I don't want school principals dying...

I don't want scenes of vomiting, I don't want romances that don't contribute to the plot or character development…

I don't want anyone being excluded from a party and becoming a victim of an attack or kidnapping...

Like in Beetlejuice 2, I don't want them to bring in characters with so much potential only to not make good use of them.

I don't want a bunch of actors with underdeveloped characters and poorly resolved storylines… It's a long list.

With each piece of news about the series, everything points to the project becoming more and more like Tim Burton's style. I know it seems obvious since he's directing, but I'm saying this in terms of the series' identity.

A series with such an interesting aesthetic, but a script full of poorly incorporated ideas.

I don't hate the series, on the contrary, I liked it a lot, and that's exactly why it hurts me to have more things I didn't like than I actually did.
