Using an air fryer and this recipe, you can make roasted cauliflower that is perfectly crispy and full of flavor. Instead of frying, this method is healthier, and the cauliflower comes out wonderfully tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the air fryer to 375F 190C. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender. Serve hot and enjoy!
