Apart coffee growing, changing, being better, is knowing when to apologize. Knowing when to say how I acted, how I reacted, my attitude, was wrong. Is it hard to say that? Of course! Does it take a blwo to the pride and the ego? Of course! But I can't grow as a person and be better until I sit back and say "hey I was wrong. I'm sorry I shouldn't have had that reaction" It doesn't make me any better to stoop to a low level and be mean or rude. And ifni am, I'll say I'm sorry, and truly mean it because I do mean it. I don't want to intentionally be mean. Sndnif I am, I'll apologize. We are all human. We make mistakes. We act in a irrational manor. We react via emotions. But it's how we handle it after the fact that can make or break us. And being able to say "hey I shouldn't have been like that" goes a lot longer than deflecting and putting it on someone else. It's about to be 2022, let's all start saying that. Cause lord knows I say it a lot. But I'm working on it. . . . #bebettereveryday #bettermindset #bettertomorrowthantoday #growthmindset #bethechangeyouwanttosee #beproudofyourbrand #getuncomfortabletogrow #workinprogress #hardwork #dedication #workoutmotivation (at Harford County, Maryland) https://www.instagram.com/p/CXR7kKUrl_u/?utm_medium=tumblr
