Soo there's Adaline, she's the mc of my story and she's quite uhh secretive? Is one word for it ig? But really she's quite serious and works very hard, she's ambitious and almost naïve when she plans things, and shes also impulsive and reckless when she's acting. She's quite sweet and quiet when she's around people she can trust, and lives on sarcastic little quips. When she was little her older sister and the rest of the orphanage she was at got kidnapped by the bad evil guys and she was left to fend for herself. She can use magic called "life-stitching" but it would take quite a while to explain that so I won't here.

Adaline travelled alone for a while until she met Pike, who's entire village and SO's suffered a similar fate, and he was serving as a mercenary until she did some magic on him (basically turned him into a living statue so he could be stronger) and then brought him along on her quest for revenge. Pike takes care of everyone, and gives excellent advice, and while he's quite levelheaded and kind most of the time when he sees the bad guys he can snap very hard and fast

Their quest bAsically goes nowhere fast, until they end up at a place called the junkyard, and meet up with this part dragon person with 4 arms and horns, named orion. They have no memories really except for vague memories of a person named blythe, who is adalines lost older sister.

There's also a character named cyprus who I fucking love,,, basically they pretend to have magic and be a seer (which although magic is very prevalent in this universe that is definitely not within what it can do) and a seller of magical items and they scam Pike and proceed to have a slightly homo rivalry with him over the course of the story, serving as an antihero and generally being iconic,,,
