So like do you believe in Allen's
I’m assuming you mean aliens and not a shop for cowboy boots. And yes, I do, but not in the way most people believe in aliens. I don’t think that any alien abduction stories are real, I think UFO scares are hoaxes or have other reasonable explanations (like ball lightning), and I think that attributing anything on Earth to alien activity (such as the pyramids or Stonehenge or the Nazca lines) is ridiculous, needless complicates something with an incredibly simple explanation, and takes away from the people who actually created these amazing things.
I do think that it is equally ridiculous to assume that we are alone in an infinite universe with an infinite number of planets. However:
any aliens likely would not resemble humans, communicate as humans do, or have technology compatible with our own
in fact, they would likely not resemble any life on Earth whatsoever, except possibly extremophiles
if we can’t communicate with cuttlefish, or bacteria, how on Earth would we communicate with aliens?
So while there are almost certainly alien lifeforms out there, there’s no way we could talk to them or visit them, and we might not even recognize them as alive.
Toddlers have higher metabolism and more energy (possibly resulting in more activity than the average adults) so I don't know, but I thought it depended on the measurements/needs uniquely to each person. How would you suggest to lose weight instead?
Consult a professional with a degree that is able to determine how much you need to eat, there are PLENTY of research and articles on why, as an adult, eating less than 1000-1500 calories is bad for you, but if you are gonna argue the easiest of the examples (even my doctor has given me the toddler example) I can’t tell you how to do it, for me (and again, plenty of professionals, and people into fitness) the “eat plenty, have a lot of energy and exercise” works better than the “starve yourself eating 1000 calories” but is up to you and hopefully your doctor/dietitian. Your body alone can’t function on 1000 calories a day, again everyone is different, but even my smallest, skinniest more sedentary of friends can’t have a BMR of less than 1400 calories, and maybe you should start there, Chris has a great page explaining what BMR and TDEE is and how they function, how to calculate them, and why you should NEVER aim to eat bellow your BMR and why, check it out clicking here
Do you print or handwrite your notes?
it depends how much time I have really. If I’m short on time I print them and if I have time then I’ll handwrite it!
