Oh no, we normally don’t get arrested, but that was just one time where someone really had it in for Nancy, and put all the blame on her, when really, it wasn’t Nancy’s fault at all! But luckily in the end, it all got resolved quickly.
I’m not sure that most well-rounded people spend their time hunting for clues, but it’s nice of you to say so!
Ned is Nancy’s boyfriend, silly! He helps out with Nancy’s cases as well - He’s awfully good at giving hints!
Nancy mentioned the game Senet… I’ll have to get her to teach it to me sometime! Sounds like you have some interesting hobbies! What other books do you read? Strange as it sounds, I love mystery books!
I read a wide variety of books. Have you ever been to one of those family-owned hotel things where they have a take-a-book leave-a-book system for passing books around with fellow travelers? I stay in those a lot. It makes ready a series very interesting. I hardly ever have time to find them in order, so I've read maybe volumes two and six before I read the first one. It does make guessing what happened since last time you read particularly entertaining though.
When I'm picking books to read because I already know that I like them, I tend to read a lot of classics. I like some modern retellings of Shakespeare and Dickens novels as well as the originals. I'm a big fan of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and I like Agatha Christie novels just as well. Poirot in particular is fun to read, he's just got such an ego. Harry Potter, C. S. Lewis stuff. Carolyn Keen's a genius. Tolkien. Ellis Peters has some great mysteries. Dorothy Sayers sometimes. Austin. And Pratchett. How about you?
