𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | On the weekend I went down to @bernerstavern to try some new breakfast/brunch items, and spoiler alert, I loooooved them! There’s 3 new items; 🍳 Spicy Seasonal Mushroom Omelette with a bean sprout and sesame salad. This was very nice, and for someone who constantly says he doesn’t like mushroom (I blatantly do) I couldn’t get enough of this. The fact that I was having salad for breakfast also didn’t faze me in the slightest, I enjoyed it. 🥐 House Smoked Beetroot Cured Salmon Croissant filled with Scrambled Eggs and Pickles. Croissants usually only excite me if they are sweet, but this was a lil surprise for me. 🐟 Smoked Haddock Kedgeree, Poached Egg and Coriander. The best dish of the 3, without a doubt. It was like a curry, but one that was acceptable to have before midday. It had this mild heat running through it, and the lumps of fish inside were beautiful. They also do a Bloody Mary trolley, where an expert will create your drink in front of you, choosing from Classic, Mexican, and Mediterranean. You can chose your spice level and prepare your own garnish. This was my 2nd time at Berners Tavern and both times i thought it was amazing.
