I was able to smoke this Mecklenburg county brute that I missed clean last year and put him on ice in my @bigfrigcoolers denali!!!! Now that the sun is up we can see where the deer are coming across the creek. Isn't it funny how deer change their paths from year to year? So this year I moved our set about 50yds, getting closer to the bend in the creek. We did that because the deer were crossing right under our set last year and we were constantly getting busted by the older does. Our thought process was make the move and watch as they cross the creek from a distance so we could get cameras ready, bows situated... and occasionally put our phones up! Well, they decided to start crossing in the bend this year. This new path is directly behind our set.
