A/n: hello! Thank you for participating in the event!! I love bennett so much, but have barely written for him 😭. I’m just as disappointed as you probably are. I’ve been growing quite attached to bennett over the past few days, I don’t know why it’s happening now, but nonetheless I’ve grown attached. You were laying in the warm summer sun next to bennett who was talking your ear off. He was talking about an adventure he recently went on, his eyes lit up with excitement and he was talking with his hands. It was so cute how he got so excited, and passionate about things.
“And that’s when a huge mitachurl showed up! It took me a while but I took care of it!” He said his hand in the back of his neck and looking very proud of himself. You smiled and remembered when you’d do something similar, though your face would plight up in excitement at the thought of him, rather than an adventure.
Bennett’s eyes met yours, and then immediately darted away, his cheeks flushed. “Why are you looking at me like that...” he said bashfully. You giggled and said, “you just remind me of me a bit.” His head turned a bit to the side as he said, “huh? What do you mean?”
You thought for a moment before saying, “you know my friends almost murdered me with how much I used to talk about you. Luckily for you though, I enjoy hearing your stories. So tell me, how did you amazingly defeat the mighty mitachurl again?” You saw him blush profoundly and get all shy, before continuing with his stories. His cheeks were red the entire time, and he stuttered for a little bit, but nonetheless you loved listening to him.
