I admit I might have been carried away by the whole situation but still, I strongly believe that david oyelowo should have gotten the nomination, instead of bradley cooper. as much as I love bradley, I don’t think that was his best performance. and american sniper for best picture? good lord… BUT HOW COULD THEY FORGET TO MENTION AVA DUVERNAY FOR BEST DIRECTOR?! also the fact that selma got only two nominations was a big slap in the face from the academy. they be like okay y’all, the movie was great and shit, but fuck the actors, director, editing etc. because racism
