this happened to me. the first time i had something on my back, thought it was my dog wasnt, second time was what happened to you, i just closed my eyes and pretended it wasnt happening. its so scary though!!
So sorry you got it too, it's absolutely horrid. I never used to get it but it's been a frequent recurrence for the past year. Being awake and unable to move is the scariest feeling, especially when you're convinced someone's in the room with you.. Apparently it's caused by stress? I don't know if there's any way to treat it, I think it just happens and that's that :(Â

Awww, thank you very very very much, that's so sweet. Tbh, i have no idea why I've been losing followers, I mean it's a lot more than usual, at most i lose one or two every week-ish, so i honestly don't know what I'm doing differently/wrong. maybe I'm not posting enough or whatever (i've had exams) but I've almost always got a full-ish queue or maybe I'm not posting the right stuff or I'm not interacting with you guys enough, i'm not sure, anyway, enough of my weird %am ramblings, if you have any ideas just give me a shout c: and thanks for being so nice c:
