I decided to make a non-canon idea of how they probably first met.

I think Bendy ‘unintentionally’ told them he knows someone who can ‘help’ them. Then when poor Felix came to ask a few question related to one of their employees who was a witness, Oswald wasn’t taking chances with anyone that was related to Bendy after he figured out his true nature. I think it was cannon from the Golden Eyes fanfic I did a couple years back that he’s a one heck of a martial artist. (Imagine the abs and poor Felix would nose bleed if he caught him with no shirt there.)
