What does it mean to be a digital citizen?
Digital citizen refers to all of the person who knows how to operate and use technologies in many different ways like to communicate with others, to show and create a meaningful output using our creativity and making innovation on how we can make things to do easier. As a digital citizen, you are part of the world where technology is a key to change everything so as a person you need to respect other opinion in online world and be gentle in every action that you will make.
How can you observe social, ethical, and legal responsibility in the use of technology tools and resources?
There are many ways on how you can observe it, commonly all you need to do is to browse on different social media platforms in order for you to see what activities and information are being aired. In that way you can gain knowledge on what is going on inside and outside the country and as a part of digital citizen we must not allow fake news to spread and it is our responsibility to make an action about it like reporting that so internet securities can notice it.
