I’ll always love You, that much is true. You; everyone reads the same word but everyone pictures a different face. You is tricky, I’ve come to learn that even if we saw the same face, they wouldn’t all be you. When I say ill always love you, and the you i see is the you who I first saw that Sunday morning a little haze from the back light sunrise and some what blurry vision but just clear enough to make out that smile you had as you said “I’m sorry i didnt wake you, I just wanted to hold you while you slept just a little while longer, because you looked peaceful for once like having me around made you feel safe from the nightterrors and I like holding you in my arms and even if you drool on me ill never want to hold another; i love you.” And then you kissed my forehead and I sit up, rub my eyes, look over to yoy and you’re gone. Its been two years since that and I’ve seen different ways to picture you, but the hardest part is each day Im losing a little more of you as well as that hope that we might meet up somewhere down the road and it’ll be the right time but truth be told weve probably passed eachother, sat at the coffee shop close to each other and its been ao long and so much has changed Its hard to say i don’t know you anymore and that’s why I never recognized you, but I’ll always love yoy that much is true and i hope we meet again and I can love who ever you are then too.

If you love someone fighting with a mental illness please be patience with us. Don't stop offering a hand, not all of us can find the strength in ourselves to reach out and accept help the first time it is offered to us because this illness drains, strains, and physically hurts us and we're doing our best to fight it. We appreciate everything you're doing and we don't always mean to push you away, seem stubborn, act guarded and ect. We love you more than we can verbally express and I can promise you when we're ready to reach out their is nobody else's hand we'd rather have to lift us up and to hold than your hand.

Things I've learned this year
•Medication only numbs the pain for a while
•liquor only makes the memories more vivid until you black out completely
•looking for what you lack in someone else only makes the emptiness bigger
•doing what you love is the only real cure to the pain you carry
•spending time to get to know and heal yourself will not only make you stronger but it will make your other relationships stronger as well
•asking for help is okay, not everyone is going to hurt you
• failing doesn't make you, what you do after is what makes you.
•trying to be like others is a waist of yourself and mastering yourself isn't always easy but it's the best path
•everyone is beautiful in their own way, and it's important to remind yourself how beautiful you are as well
•being mentally ill doesn't define you
• it's okay to lay in bed all day because you don't feel good, but don't let it control everyday
• you can never take back what you said
•you can't change people's view of you but you can try and you can prove them wrong even if they never even see it for themselves
• everyone has insecurities, no one is perfect.
• sometimes you have to stop writing new chapters and start writing a new book.
