Here's the DENNIS system real quick:

D: Demonstrate value

E: Engage physically

N: Nuture dependence

N: Neglect emotionally

I: Inspire hope

S: Separate entirely

This system is purely for getting a woman to have sex with him once. He doesn't want any emotional strings attached to their relationship after the fact, and he doesn't want to see the woman ever again. Sex is the primary goal, and is achieved in the second step of this system, and the rest of it is about getting the woman away from him in the worst way possible.

Now, here's the SINNED system:

S: Suppress your instincts

I: Inflate his ego

N: Need his power

N: Negate his power

E: Engage physically

D: "Do you need a tissue?"

This system is for "getting a man to fall in love with you", and to keep him around for a long ass time. Sex is not mentioned once, even in the 'E' step (Dennis emphasizes that the engaging physically should be subtle). The entire system is for getting a long lasting boyfriend, and not just a quick hookup.

Dennis' system for women is just for sex. He doesnt care about the woman he's fucking, and he only cares about his personal needs. We see this multiple times throughout the show when Dennis is having sex with women. He fucks them for his own satisfactory, and then he dumps them because he doesn't care about them in any other way.

Dennis' system for men is built for an actual lasting relationship (He asks Dee and Mac about their upcoming second dates). He wants a man to fall in love with him, and he wants the man to stay. While yes he still cares significantly more about his personal needs (ie: hes using a system to begin with), he doesn't fuck and dump like the DENNIS system. The SINNED system is about actual love, even if it's went about in Dennis' fucked up way.

Also, aside from the systems:

Dennis is shown to be overly straight a lot if the time. His drawings of women with unrealistic body standards (big boobs, big ass, tiny waist), are consistant through the series. Compairing it to Mac (getting imself into gay situations constantly, but not admiting he's gay for 80% of the show. And also having sex with women to prove a point, or because "its how it should be".), Dennis is doing something similar. He's over compensating. 

He's putting himself in situations with women to make it appear as though he's 100% straight. And sure, maybe he gets something out of it, but when you remember he can literally cannonically control how hard his dick is, it makes you wonder about some things a little bit... (is he forcing himself to be hard when he has sex with women? who's to say for sure...)

I'm not going to go into details with it, but Dennis is also very flamboyant. I'm just saying this as a general idea, men can be straight and do most of these things on their own, but Dennis??? All most always throughout the show??? No way in hell is it not intentional.

He crossdresses at least once in the series and "owns" it, he canonically wears at least a little bit of makeup always, he knows way too much gay sex termonology, he follows the idea that "light weight and small is perfect" (common beauty standard for women, but men's standards are usually to be strong and powerful), Dee: "Is this why we had to wait for you to go to bed bath and beyond?" Dennis: "Yes bitch.", and he "pretends" to be gay with Mac at least 2 or 3 times (there could be more, idk lol). There is so much more that i can list, but this post is already long, so i'm capping it there.

From the way I'm seeing it, Dennis likes men. He has sex with women for himself and his goals only, and he has no genuine romantic feelings for the opposite gender ever (his marriage to Maureen lasted 2 or 3 episodes, and he realized in that time that he didn't love her). He's only "attracted" to the unrealistic beauty standards that are set for women. And finally, he wants a man to be "his mommy" (Frank vs Russia quote).
