It’s the basis of an upcoming #freestylefriday episode where I talk about the myth of beer going bad after it was stored cold. This book is the main source of that article. These two graphs talk about how time and temp affect beer. Bottom line. A beer that was refrigerated, brought up to room temp, and then refrigerated again is just fine. It doesn’t kill or “skunk” a beer. That’s a myth.
