SNOW CRAB IN BEER 🦀🍻🌶 // part of our aud200pp degustation dinner from Andly Private Kitchen last night. Requested for no mala (numbing spicy) and mild spicy which they kindly catered. So so good and satisfying - their signature snow crab with beer was the highlight of our dinner last night. Gloves were provided and we enjoyed this very much, savouring every morsel. The snow crab was really fresh and the broth super flavoursome. Who knew crab paired so well with beer?! One of the best degustation experiences I’ve had in Perth. 😍 Thanks Olivia, Simon and the team for such wonderful service. I had initially booked to celebrate my birthday here but as they had maintenance work to be done, they had to cancel my reservation and offered to re-schedule it to a day before and offered a free upgrade from aud150pp (which we paid for) to an aud200pp experience. Note that 40% deposit is required to secure the booking. So glad we decided to take up their offer and try it for the very first time (been wanting to try it since 2018!). With no menu, you can state which ingredients and price point (from $100 to $500 in $50 increments) you prefer and Olivia and Andly will cater to your tastebuds. Highly recommend the seafood dishes here. Overall we were blown away by the quality of food (apart from the beef).
