who uses all the hot water: maybe not all but Peyton would be more likely to use it as Jack’s got way more hair dye

who does most of the cleaning: shared between them though Jack would be stingy if in a mood and only do his stuff

who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: Peyton probably because Jack is 2busy
who steals the blankets: Jack might accidentally (or purposefully) since he’s too tall; Pey steals back

what would they do if the other one was hurt?: Laugh their asses off or otherwise enjoy it; Peyton would be more likely to try and help afterwards
