very difficult question to answer!!!!!!! i'm glad you didn't ask which characters are more similar to the two of them because that would have been impossible and also looking at the relationships rather than at the singular people makes it all more interesting
it may seem easy to say that they are similar to adam and ronan because of the whole love at first sight vs. resentment and dislike thing they had going on at the start which is a huge component of the trevor and jamie story and can't be found anywhere else in the books because then i think blue and gansey's relationship does really well reflect theirs!!! the secret nighttime phone calls and drives and the true love thing and the adam in the shadows of it all!!!!!!! it's like yes gansey is a scholar and he's serious and quiet but he is also so loyal to and willing to do anything for his friends and his quest. and blue is always angry and feeling trapped but she's strong and ambitious and reckless and so i don't really know. but the relationship between them makes sense like the relationship between trevor and jamie.
i don't really know which relationship they would enjoy the most because on the one hand they can't read but on the other i feel like they are both sentimental and romantic and would love the slow burn throughout the books with everyone involved

Oh man this is a complicated answer for me given
a) the situation of my local team (bankrupt and didn't enter their league last season)
b) my "hometown" NHL team who I do support (kings. my flop beloveds).
c) the flyers - honestly i should have known I'd end up here given everything. i tried getting attached to multiple different eastern teams at the start of the 205/26 season and none of them got me feeling the same way, and then the day of that first battle of pennsylvania i simply had to admit that the muppets got me
