Beck used to think Jade’s love was loud because it had to be—shouting at every girl who looked too long, every whisper that said he deserved someone softer. But somewhere along the way, Jade kept yelling just to hear her own voice over the silence he left behind.

He remembers how she used to laugh at storms. He remembers who she used to be with him. Now, she just looks at him and waits—then yells.

This is Bade Prompts, the place where everything Beck and Jade gets started and sorted!

Although this tumblr blog wasn't supposed to happen until next month, given the recent happenings (i.e. What do you mean Beck and Jade will break up? And what do you mean it's all kinds of fun when they get back together?!), we figured now is the perfect time to have it up and running.

Kaldur/Artemis

Who is the big spoon/little spoon: Kaldur is the big spoon and Artemis is the little spoon.

What is their favorite non-sexual activity: Walking on the beach. Kaldur likes telling her about his life in Atlantis and his training with Queen Mera and Artemis likes to collect seashells that have washed up on shore.

Who uses all the hot water in the morning: I see Kaldur as being an early riser. I think that he would be showered and ready by the time that Artemis decided to get out of bed. I don't see Kaldur taking extremely long showers either, just long enough to get clean. So that would leave plenty of hot water for Artemis to use.

What they order from take out: Chinese most of the time.

What is the most trivial thing they fight over: Sleeping with the window open or closed. In the summer and fall when the weather is nice, Kaldur likes to sleep with the window open so he can hear the ocean and smell the salt air. Artemis likes to sleep with the window closed because she prefers things to be quiet when trying to sleep.

Who does most of the cleaning: Kaldur does most of the cleaning in exchange for Artemis doing the laundry and cooking.

Who steals the blankets: Artemis is forever stealing the blankets from Kaldur in her sleep.

Who leaves their stuff around: Again, Artemis. Since she is always working on her bow or arrows, her things tend to stay wherever she begins working on them.

Who remembers to buy the milk: Artemis does the majority of the grocery shopping. So she usually remembers to get milk.

Who remembers anniversaries: Both of them remember their anniversaries, but Kaldur is just a little bit better at it than Artemis.

Beck/Jade

Who is the big spoon/little spoon: Beck is the big spoon and Jade is the little spoon. Despite enjoying being in control of things, she likes being held.

What is their favorite non-sexual activity: Singing. Sometimes Beck will sing for Jade and vice versa. Other times, they will sing together.

Who uses all the hot water in the morning: Beck. Jade likes to shower at night, so that allows Beck to shower for as long as he wants in the mornings.

What they order from take out: Mexican mostly. Sometimes pizza.

What is the most trivial thing they fight over: Who gets to drive.

Who does most of the cleaning: Beck.

Who steals the blankets: Jade.

Who leaves their stuff around: Jade. It's not unusual for Beck to find copies of manuscripts or sheet music everywhere.

Who remembers to buy the milk: Beck. He tends to do most of the shopping.
