Hey, I can finally share something fun, now that this episode is out. Back in 2015, when I was still on "Be Cool, Scooby Doo," I got the chance to board the opening sequence for the Halloween special. The script called for a "Midwestern-y" neighborhood all decorated for Halloween. So I designed the neighborhood loosely based off of the block I grew up on in Hammond, Indiana (Bertram Avenue). There are some creative differences, but I specified colors and details and everything. Most importantly, I asked if we could put an incidental in there loosely based off of my dad. And we did. The episode is extra special to me for multiple reasons, so I hope you all can get a chance to check it out (it's on the Boomerang app, it might be available on iTunes or Amazon). Maybe you can check out the rest of the show as well -- we all worked really hard on it. :)
