a/n: sorry this is a short one also can u tell that i suck at titles
"Breaking news! Y/N, one of South Korea's most desired soloist, has finally been linked to someone romantically! After keeping her personal life hidden for years, the celebrity has been spotted with a mysterious man on multiple occasions.
The two have been sighted entering Y/N's apartment on multiple occasions by insiders. Who could the lucky man be that has finally captured Nation's Girlfriend's heart?"
Y/N and Bada laughed together while reading the article, finding it hilarious.
"Mysterious man? Pffft," Y/N snorted. Whoever saw Bada must have assumed her to be a man based on the hoodie and cap she's always wearing.
She was thankful that Dispatch - and other such news outlets - wouldn't be constantly harassing and bothering them. The media is a ruthless beast, and Y/N was just thankful she and Bada didn't need to deal with it as a couple.
"If only they knew," Bada chuckled softly, wrapping her arms around Y/N's waist. She gently placed her chin on Y/N's shoulder as her girlfriend's fingers danced through her hair.
Their love story began back when Y/N first stepped into the K-pop industry as a newbie from a small company, in need of a choreographer.
Bada was already a skilled choreographer looking for groups to create dances for, but she was hesitant at first to take up the job offer since Y/N was from an unknown company.
Still, something inside told her to give it a chance
Bada was relieved she hadn't turned that job offer down, for who knows how much she'd have missed out on if she had. A year later, Bada and Y/N decided to take their relationship a step further after realizing there was something more between them. For the time being, their romance remained a secret - hidden from the eyes of public scrutiny and the media.
Their story was one of overcoming odds and triumphing against all challenges. From two aspiring young girls who first met and supported each other on their way to stardom.
Bada and Y/N became the embodiment of success in the K-pop world, with Bada as a choreographer and Y/N as a soloist.
They were each others' "rocks" as they supported one another and rose together to fame and success. Their success would not be possible without each other, and it felt surreal to think that just a year ago, they were just some unknown faces trying to break out in the industry.
Y/N pecked Bada's face with affection, her love for her girlfriend flowing freely. A blush rose on Bada's face as she felt each peck, a smile forming as she took her girlfriend's hands in hers and pulled her in for a deeper kiss.
The two girls' lips met passionately in an act of love. Their tongues twisted and danced together with each other, the sweet taste of love on their mouths. They felt each other's body heat, their hearts beating in sync on their skin as their bodies drew together, their movements slow and sensual.
After a while, they broke the kiss, looking at each other and smiling. "I love you so much," Bada said,

Loving In Secret | Bada Lee Imagine
pairings: bada lee x fem! reader
a/n: SORRY for making mina evil, just bc i made her like that in this imagine doesn't mean she's evil irl. Also Y/N dances Badas choreo when she battles against Mina
Y/N was holding Bada's hand as they were watching their teams group evaluation. Bada had told her she had nothing to worry about but she still cared, despite trying to put up a tough front.
"I told you not to worry," Bada reassured. "There's nothing to be scared of."
"Yeah, I know." Y/N smiled back nervously, squeezing Bada's hand. "I'm just a bit worried about what they'll say about the girls."
Y/N and Bada have been dating for three years, a secret known only to their team. The team frequently teased the pair, even referring to them as their parents.
While Y/N and Bada wouldn't admit it to anyone, they were secretly terrified of the reactions they would receive if they made their relationship public. The team was their safe space, but the outside world was full of judgements and potential consequences. Despite their love, they weren't sure if it was a risk they could take.
Y/N was now more energized and focused as the video playing of the other teams talking about them began. "Who's the most successful there? Bada and Y/N" Y/N rolled her eyes when she saw Mina talking
"Bada is taking over the choreography world," Lia Kim said making Y/N squeeze Bada's hand, her smile growing wider.
"Why don't we get closer" Bada suggested, now that the girls were offering up their harsh criticism. Y/N and her members followed along, stopping near her.
"Bada and Y/N are more popular than their own talent"
"Y/N is just a pretty face nothing more. When you see her dance you don't get excited"
"When you look at her students they just look like Bada's copycats." a member of Mannequin said
Y/N let out a chuckle, she was starting to become really frustrated, everything they said wasn't true. They felt threatened by her members since they are young and talented, of course they're up for criticism but not this harsh
Then Mina showed up once more and Y/N knew that she was gonna talk about her again. "Y/N may profess to be a dancer, but in reality, she's just a little poser, someone who tries too hard to be cool and trendy without having the true skills or experience to back it up. Honestly if it wasn't for her pretty face and-" Mina paused, holding her fingers up and gently brushing them together, indicating money in a gesture. "No agency would accept her. She's BEBEs downfall,"
Y/N knew that she and Mina had a history of disagreements. Although Mina had started it, that didn't mean she had to downgrade and not credit the girl about her hard work over the years. While it was true that her family was wealthy, it didn't mean that her success came simply from her privileged background. She had put in the time and effort to make her dreams a reality.
Y/N disliked Mina for sure, but she would never speak of her in such a condescending and harsh manner. The words Mina used went beyond criticism
Before she could say anything, Bada beat her to it. The tall girl let out a chilly laugh, her sharp gaze drawing everyone's attention. Y/N looked at her girlfriend, her tongue pressed against her cheek as she stared at the TV. Her arms were resting on her head and her expression was bland and emotionless.
"I didn't like that." Bada said, her tone cold, she returned to her seat, her body language stiff and her eyes filled with cold fury. Y/N was well aware of her mood, knowing that her girlfriend was extremely angry. She could feel the tension build in the air, and she was certain that Bada was not about to forgive and forget the matter. If anything, it seemed like she was about to unleash a storm.
"Calm down, you know what she said wasn't true, it was just meant to get under your skin." The younger girl, Cheche, said to the couple as they sat down.
Bada could not calm down. Not when someone spoke to Y/N in that way. She didn't mind if people said whatever they wanted to her, it didn't bother her at all. But when they talked about Y/N, that's when her temper flared. She was protective of her girlfriend and would always stand up for her against any kind of disrespect or unfair treatment. Y/N was her main priority, and it didn't matter what anyone else thought. Bada was not about to let anyone step on her or Y/N in any way, shape or form. As for Mina Young she her team will have it coming
A large text appeared on the screen, stating "NO RESPECT." It stayed there for a few seconds, drawing the attention of the whole room. Y/N's eyes widened as she saw that she had received five NO RESPECTs, and she couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
"Cute" Y/N said showing her her girlfriend the stickers she got, Bada looked at her and smiled, hugging her sideways.
After Tsubakill, Mannequin and Wolf'lo's evaluation video was over, it was now Deep n Daps' turn. Y/N and Bada both sat up straight, eagerly awaiting for them. The tension was thick in the air, and everyones eyes were on the duo
Yells could be heard coming from the green team as they entered the large studio, their voices echoing off the walls. Mina felt someone's eyes on her while they were walking downstairs. She looked over at the BEBE team and was startled to see the hostile glare from Y/N and Bada. The tension was thick, and Mina felt her heart rate quicken as she felt a chill run down her spine.
She gulped and broke eye contact, making Y/N scoff and shake her head. But Bada was still glaring at Mina until her team sat down, and the evaluation for Deep n Daps finally began.
After every team was done, the staff informed the girls that they could now go change for their upcoming No Respect battle.
Y/N entered the changing room, she wore her white low rise sweatpants, which made her figure pop. A baby blue scoop back bra emphasized her features and added a touch of style. She grabbed her Bebe jersey with her name on the back, but Bada grabbed her making her flinch.
"You scared me"
"You get scared easily baby" "Bada chuckled and said,
Y/N playfully rolled her eyes and pouted her lips. Bada gave her signature smile and kissed her softly, drawing her close as she caressed her cheek.
"Here," Bada offered, passing her jersey over "Wear mine and I'll wear yours" Y/N sighed, about to say no, when Bada interrupted. "No one will mistake us for a couple. Best friends exchange clothes all the time," Bada explained, her words making perfect sense.
"But it's not just any jersey, Bada. It has your name on it," Y/N protested.
Bada groaned, her forehead meeting Y/N's. "Come on," she pleaded.
"Bada-"
Bada cut her off, kissing her tenderly. Y/N melted into the kiss, giving in to the moment. Their eyes were closed, their minds focused solely on the feeling of their mouths meeting.
Their kiss was stopped, as they were interrupted by a sudden knock at the door. 'Keep it PG, bitches,' Tatter's voice rang out, followed by the light laughter of the other girls.
"Here," Y/N gave her jersey to Bada "We need to get going if we don't want to be late," she adds.
She then promptly pulls the jersey over her head, her shoulders slipping into the fabric, the the jersey falling down past her hips and to her thighs.

"LETS GO BADA LEE!" Y/N cheered, full of energy as it is her girlfriend's turn to dance. Redy picking Bada as her no respect dancer was a big mistake, but nonetheless Y/N loved the confidence
Y/N laughed as Bada came really close to Redy, mocking her for her height, she didn't even look at her she just looked above her head. She was really glad she was tall, almost as Bada, so her girlfriend couldn't tease Y/N about her height
Y/N's eyes remained fixed on Bada's body, her gaze never wavering from the dancer. She saw Bada dance a hundred times and it still left her speechless "SEXY!," Y/N exclaimed, she shook Tatters's shoulder, trying to contain her excitement.
As Bada's dance ended, everyone were on the edge of their seats, waiting eagerly to see which card the judges would display. The BEBE team erupted with joy and excitement, jumping up and down as all three judges turned over BEBE's card. Y/N quickly embraced Bada, her arms tightly wrapped around her girlfriend
After an hour of everyone battling each other, Y/N went up against Redlic and Mimi, she won both battles securing more wins for BEBE
"Y/N of BEBE, please pick your No Respect Dancer" the host Kang Daniel called out her name making her smirk as her eyes immediately met with Minas
As Y/N stood up, her friends cheered loudly for her and began patting her shoulder
"The dancer I don't respect is Mina Myoung from Deep N Dap," Y/N immediately stated, not wasting any time to think about the decision.
A collective "Ooh" could be heard as Mina slowly rose to her feet. She wouldn't admit it but she was anxious about this battle, already knowing she will loose
As Mina stood in front of Y/N, she brought the microphone to her lips. "You talk too much, Mina," she stated confidently, turning over the mic to Tatter. Bada cheered loudly in support of her girlfriend. Even those from other teams, who had developed a growing dislike towards the Deep N Dap leader, joined in the celebration.
"Truth hurts Y/N," Mina's voice cracked, a subtle but clear sign of her anger. "This battle will prove what I said," she continued, her words filled with determination and confidence.
Y/N chuckled as she witnessed Mina's annoyance. She then offered a mocking curtsy in anticipation of the upcoming battle.
"Y/N of BEBE will attack first, then Mina of Deep N Dap. Are you guys ready?" Kang Daniel announced, building suspense for the upcoming battle.
While waiting for her song to begin, Y/N began a small warmup, stretching and testing her body's agility, Bada playfully smacked her ass, which earned her a playful glare from Y/N.
As the song "Money" by Cardi B began to play, Y/N took her position, her smirk becoming even more prominent. With that, she began moving, making gestures that were reminiscent of handling money. Mina noticed this and scoffed in disbelief, knowing that Y/N had chosen this song because of what she said about her buying her career.
She was mocking her and everyone seemed to pick up because they started laughing and cheering which only pushed Mina to the edge
Y/N approached with a confident step, and as she came closer, she bit the end of the jersey and lifted it, exposing her stomach. She then gave Mina a disgusted look and went back to her spot
"FUCK YEAH!" Bada screeched, throwing the banner into the air with enthusiasm and excitement, unable to sit still for a single second as she watched Y/N's performance, her attitude and her movements driving her crazy. Every moment of her dance was filled with passion, energy and style, completely owning the stage and commanding everyone's attention. Her girlfriend, Bada, was just one of many witnesses who were blown away by her performance.
The song ended, and Y/N, after blowing a kiss at Mina, turned away, clearly satisfied with her dance.
"SWITCH!" Daniel said and the song changed Mina got into her position, ready to give it her all in hopes of matching the incredible performance that Y/N had just put on.
Mina began to dance, crawling and rolling along the floor, and Y/N was not surprised. This seemed to be the only move that Mina knew how to do. As Y/N turned to her friends, she couldn't help but laugh, but when she saw that they were not laughing, but instead looking panicked, she grew confused.
"MOVE," they all shouted, but it was too late. Mina's feet hit Y/N straight in the nose, making her yelp in surprise and pain. She stumbled back, clutching her nose as she tried to control the flood of emotions coursing through her.
Mina got up immediately and made her way over to Y/N. She didn't mean to hurt her, that hadn't been her intention. She was only trying to do a move with a handstand that she'd managed to execute a few weeks ago, but something went wrong and it didn't go as she'd planned. Her concern for Y/N outweighed all other fears, "Are you alright?" She was genuinely concerned, having never wanted to cause the girl any harm, especially while they were both competing. "Im so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you Im really-"
Mina didn't get a chance to finish her sentence as Bada and the other members pushed her away. Bada almost lost her shit when she spotted the blood pouring from Y/N's nose. She grabbed her head and moved her hand, wincing at the sight of the girl's bloody nose.
"It hurts," Y/N said through clenched teeth, a few tears escaping despite her best efforts, the pain was becoming too much for her to control. Her competitors gathered around, a look of concern on their faces as they watched her struggle.
"Is she alright?"
"What happened?"
"That kick was nasty, her nose is probably broken"
Even the judges stood up, trying to see if she was alright.
"Paramedics are on the way Bada you go with her," Kang Daniel told the tall girl and she nodded, her hands still shaking. She grabbed Y/N's arms, but the girl refused to move.
"No, I need to see who won," Y/N said with determination, and Bada looked at her dumbfounded.
The judges were left shocked and speechless, yet they decided to continue with the show.
"So we're just gonna ignore what happened at the end and focus on the rest?" Monika stated, and the other two nodded in agreement. Y/N stared at the judges, feeling anxious yet hopeful for the win. When she saw the blue cards raised, she immediately threw herself into Bada's arms, holding her tightly in a hug.
Mina clapped, her eyes clouded with tears. She turned to Y/N and gave a deep bow. "You deserved that, and I'm really sorry I didn't mean to hurt you."
Y/N offered Mina a small smile and said, "Good work." She knew that Mina hadn't intended to kick her, but that wouldn't change the fact that she had said unpleasant things about her earlier and she wasn't going to forgive her
Bada still glared at the leader, grabbing Y/N's hands and moving backstage where the paramedics were already in place. The two of them sat down on chairs, as the paramedics worked on checking Y/N's nose. Bada was still holding Y/N's hand tightly
"You're gonna break my hand," Y/N managed to say, cracking a smile
"Shut up, you don't know how worried I am," Bada muttered.
"At least I won," Y/N teased the older girl, drawing a groan from her.
"Y/N, it's not the time to joke, you're hurt," Bada chided her girlfriend, now in a more caring tone.
"Good news," the paramedic told them. "It's not broken, but I'll be placing some cottons just in case she bleeds again, which is normal after a hard kick."
"Thank you," Y/N and Bada thanked the paramedic as he exited the room. As Y/N leaned on Bada's shoulder, she cursed when she accidentally hit her nose.
"Yah, do you want to bleed again?" Bada scolded her.
"Sorry," Y/N laughed. "I was too excited to hug you." She placed her hands on her waist, still smiling despite the pain.
"Idiot," Bada chuckled, placing a kiss on top of her head. They stayed like that for a few minutes until Y/N spoke breaking the silence
"Baby?"
"Yeah?" Bada looked at her girlfriend who was already looking at her
"Would you still love me if I was a member of Deep n' DAP?" Y/N smirked as Bada's smile faltered. Y/N knew that Bada absolutely hated the rival team, and she was having fun teasing her because of it.
Bada let out a frustrated sigh as she heard her lover's words "No"
"Hey," Y/N smacked Bada's shoulder lightly, causing her to laugh in response.
"I was kidding, of course I would," Bada said with a hint of playfulness. "I'd make you change teams."
"Hm, that wouldn't be hard, you're very convincing," Y/N agreed
Bada pecked Y/N's lips, being careful to not hit her nose. "You did really good today," she told her, "I'm proud of you. I love you."
"I love you more," Y/N replied, blushing, and she leaned her head on Bada's shoulder. She felt safe and comforted with Bada, she was one of the only people who could bring out this side of her, and Y/n loved it.
"Sorry." The short-haired girl bowed as she bumped into a man. He turned, his face twisted with anger, and he uttered a curse at her.
The girl winced at his harsh words, but she can't blame him, it was her fault after all. She's the one running around like a headless chicken
With a sigh of frustration, she began running once more. She didn't plan on being late, but her teacher had insisted that she remain after class for discussion of some things. To her, they were utterly stupid matters, but she had no choice but to comply. She was quite certain that the teacher was merely looking to curry favor with her, just because her mom is a famous ballerina.
"Sorry maam." Nari said to the older woman, " Do you happen to know where the-" she paused looking at her phone "Jam Republic agency is located?"
The older woman scoffed "Are you blind"
Nari was astonished by her bluntness, she didn't expect that
"It's right behind you. Even at my age, I can see better than you, it would seem."
"Well, you're not wrong about that." she replied, murmuring the statement to herself, and quickly added, "Thank you. Have a nice day"
Turning away, she saw that the old lady had been correct all along. With an exasperated sigh, she pushed through the door leading into the building,
As her eyes scanned the unfamiliar surroundings, she soon spotted the reception's desk. However, to her dismay, no one seemed to be stationed there. Walking a bit closer, she placed her bag on the ground and sat in one of thr chairs.
After waiting a few minutes, and not hearing or seeing anybody else, Nari finally decided to proceed with her outfit change. She had no desire to keep waiting around, and risk anyone seeing her in her tight pastel pink skirt and green top. Her mothers choices
Just as Nari began to stand, she spotted a tall girl exit through a doorway nearby. She was wearing a white shirt, grey sweatpants, and a grey zip-up hoodie. The girl had a white hat on concealing most of her features, making it quite difficult for Nari to take a good look at her face at all.
Not to mention, the girl was looking straight down at the ground, making it even more difficult for Nari to see her expression.
With a quick motion, she locked the bathroom door and took out her clothes from her bag. First, she slipped on the black sweatpants, followed by the grey sports bra. Then, she wore the baggy t-shirt, but didn't like the way it looked, so she instead placed it behind her neck only covering her shoulders. After a few adjustments, she stood before the mirror looking at herself
Having had enough of the ugly pink bow that was on her hair, she tossed it into the trash can. Then, she gathered her hair up into a rather messy, yet loose, ponytail, securing it with an elastic band. She looked in the mirror now happy with her appearance. She felt like herself, not like the girl her mother wants her to be
She unlocked the door and went outside, entering the now familiar hallway she saw the same tall girl from earlier, sitting in one of the chairs
Embarrassing, she witnessed her outfit change
Quietly, she returned to the chair, and took her seat once more. She waited patiently for anyone to arrive, casting a glance in the direction of the tall girl, who appeared to be preoccupied with her phone, as her eyes remained firmly fixed to the screen.
"Excuse me," Nari blurted out before she could stop herself. She immediately fell silent, feeling a sudden wave of tension wash over her. The girl turned her head toward her in curiosity, and Nari became utterly speechless, as she was not expecting her to be this beautiful. Nari found herself completely unable to move, as she was simply lost for words, and utterly mesmerized by the sight of the other girl's striking looks.
"Yes?"
Fuck, not only was she attractive and beautiful, but even her voice was incredibly alluring.
In an effort to regain some level of composure, she cleared her throat, and hoped that her voice would not crack. "Uhm, do you know if Bada Lee is here?"
"I'm Bada," the girl stated, leaving Nari utterly confused
"What"
"What...?"
However, Nari's confusion only deepened, as she was under the impression that her teacher was a man, based on the information that her friend told her before.
"You're not Bada" the younger girl blurted out, shaking her head in disagreement.
Now it was Bada's turn to be confused "Im pretty sure I am" was this girl on drugs
"My friend told me that you were a man," she said
"Well, your friend is mistaken" Bada replied with a slight chuckle. "And, my name is definitely not a masculine one," she added
"Im so sorry" Unable to hold back her rage, Nari found herself itching to find her friend, Chaeyoung. With the next class being only a few short hours away, the anticipation of making Chaeyoung face her consequences was nearly unbearable.
She was in deep shit
"You're Shin Nari right." Bada asked, and Nari confirmed with a quick nod of her head.
"Well, I wasn't expecting you to be this young," Bada stated, looking at Nari with a confused expression. "Here it says that you're in your thirties, so this is a surprise."
Nari felt a rush of embarrassment wash over her, and she wanted to bury herself and die "Sorry I have a habit of picking random birth years everytime I apply for something"
If Bada said no to teaching her she wouldn't be surprised
"Alright, let's not waste any time and begin," Bada stated with a nod as she and Nari both stood up "Are you familiar with dance, were you a dancer before?"
"Yes Im a ballerina" Nari nodded
Bada's eyebrow raised in surprise, yet again, and she couldn't help herself from inquiring further. "Oh, really? So, what brought about the shift from ballet to hip hop?"
"Oh, but I'm not quitting ballet completely," Nari clarified with a quick glance toward Bada. "I actually love both ballet and hip hop," she added. "So what you have here is a two-for-one dancer," Nari joked, smiling at her own words.
Bada chuckled at Nari's joke, Nari was truly a sight to behold, she couldn't deny her beauty. Ever since she had first seen her, Bada was left in a state of awe at her natural beauty, and it was something that she hadn't expected at all.
However, what she hadn't anticipated either, was the fact that Nari would turn out to be her student.
"Alright, then, we will first begin with some exercises meant to loosen up your stiffness, considering your ballet background," Bada stated, clarifying their focus "This is the main priority at the moment," she added.

a/n: THE NEXT SPECIAL CHAPTER WILL BE OUT IN 20 MINS BE READY
The moment Nari stepped out of her home, she spotted the black car already waiting for her on the street. With no time to spare she quickly headed inside. Her nerves felt like a ticking time bomb - she felt like she was about to burst any moment.
"Calm down, Nari." she repeated to herself, trying to regain her composure. But with each step moving her closer to the car, her heart beat faster and her stomach churned more.
Bada's face flushed as Nari approached and her heart began to pound in her chest. Her attire was nothing short of stunning: a cargo short skirt and a beige sweater that complemented her petite frame perfectly. She was utterly speechless at the sight, unable to even form words in her head.
As soon as Nari got into her car, she greeted Bada with a warm smile. "Hey!" she exclaimed, before suddenly pulling Bada into a tight embrace that lasted for several seconds. Her body pressed up against Bada's and their hearts beating as one.
Nari was instantly captivated by Bada's beauty in the moment that she laid eyes on her. Her cheeks instantly started to burn with a blush and her heart began to pound as she stared at the girl. The realization that they both matched in colors brought a cute chuckle to her lips.
"Hey, looks like we match!" she playfully remarked, smiling at Bada as her butterflies fluttered in her stomach.
"Hello to you, too." Bada gently ruffled her hair and smiled.
"Knock it off"
"You look very pretty," Bada chuckled, and if Nari hadn't already passed out earlier, she surely would now.
"You too," Nari mumbled shyly, glancing out the window to avoid meeting Bada's gaze.
Bada noticed her shyness and chuckled softly before starting the car. As she drove, Nari turned her bluetooth on and opened Spotify, selecting a playlist she had prepared earlier.
A steady silence took over the air. Bada's hand rested comfortably outside the window, while the other held the steering wheel firmly. The young woman's gentle humming drifted through the air along with the melody of the song Nari had been played. The only other noise came from the beating of their hearts as they sat comfortably together in each other's company
Nari tried her hardest to hold back the burning question on her mind, but it finally burst through,
"Where are we going?" She blurted out, she struggled to recognize the streets they were passing by.
"Oh god.." She exclaimed, her voice dripping with sarcasm, "You're not going to kidnap me, right!?" She asked, her eyebrows raising in mock suspicion to lighten the mood. The gesture worked, as Bada burst out laughing, still playing along with the joke.
"How did you know?" She repeated, "Now I guess I'll have to change my plans." Bada said, letting a playful sigh
"So, hypothetically... if you had murdered someone, where would you hide the body?"
"What is that question..."
"Just answer" Nari whined shaking her shoulders
"Probably in the forest" Bada answered, her tone remaining calm and unbothered, she was now used to these kind of questions. She navigated the street and prepared to turn left onto the intended road.
With a quick jab of her elbow and a teasing smile, Nari lightheartedly dismissed Bada's casual answer to her question. "Boooooring. I'd hide it in a cemetery no one would know"
With a slightly amused expression, Bada leaned back against the car seat and raised an eyebrow at Nari's rather morbid reply. "I don't even want to know..." She admitted, but with no sign of judgment. "But you do make a good point - it's a genius idea, actually."
"Right, so let's do it-" Nari said with energy, her eyes dancing.
"You menace, stop!" Bada said as she chuckled, covering Nari's mouth playfully. "You're definitely one of a kind, I'll give you that." Bada laughed, her cheeks flushing as she looked away.
Bada pulled the car to a stop, her voice softly breaking the silence that had started to settle. "And... we're here."
Nari, her face turning towards the window and spotting their destination, burst out with excitement, her grin spreading wide across her face. "Arcades!" She exclaimed, her voice carrying a bit of surprise, as she quickly removed her seatbelt
She eagerly exited the car, unable to contain her excitement as she took in the sight of the arcade just in front of her.
Bada, in comparison, was much more calm as she stepped out of the car, her feet hitting the ground with a faint thump. With a small smile, she turned towards Nari as she began to make her way towards the entrance of the arcade. "Ready to lose all your quarters?"
With a confident smirk, Nari followed closely behind Bada as they entered the arcade, her excitement growing at the prospect of showing off her gaming skills.
"Be prepared to lose." Nari challenged, her smirk deepening
"As if.." Bada answered with a teasing wink, turning to face Nari as they approached one of the arcade machines.
Bada turned to the younger girl with a smug expression on her face and proclaimed, "Race you to the basketball game." With that, she bolted off without even waiting for a response,
"Yah wait." Nari groaned as she saw Bada's actions, but didn't pause for long, quickly taking off behind her friend as she raced towards the machine as well. The two arrived at the machines at nearly the same time. Bada paid for both of them much to Nari's protest
As the balls were released onto the machine's court, the two girls immediately got to work, each focused on their individual game play.
Nari had always struggled with sports, whether it be basketball or any other sort of game. However, once she saw Bada effortlessly make her shots and swish the balls through the hoop,
Bada, in a moment of pure instinct, let out a laugh as she saw Nari struggling to match her pace
"It's not funny." Nari grumbled, refusing to make eye contact with Bada as the score board continued to tick upwards "How are you so good at this?"
"I played basketball in highschool"
At Bada's response, her eyes widened as the realization hit her. "You played basketball in high school?"
As the last ball went thru the hoop, the score board came to a stop and Bada threw her arms up in victory. "I win." She proclaimed, letting out a playful laugh.
Nari, in light of her defeat, protested jokingly, turning to Bada with a frustrated look on her face.
"Not fair." She grumbled "I was against a basketball player"
Bada, however, was quick to offer her assistance, a teasing grin taking form on her face as she spoke. "Okay, now you're exaggerating. Here, I'll help you."
As the balls were released again, Bada sneakily approached Nari, catching the brunette off guard. With a light touch, she grabbed her hand and moved her fingers so that they were in a more suitable position.
"You're holding it wrong." Bada whispered in her ear, each word sending a shiver down her spine. She gently repositioned Nari's hand in order to show her the right technique.
Nari's cheeks fluttered as excitement filled her chest at Bada's touch. She tried to focus on their game play, but it was becoming increasingly difficult to keep her thoughts straight as she felt her heart pounding against her chest.
"Nari..." Nari's gaze drifted towards Bada's lips, unable to take her eyes off her plump, shiny red lips.
With her own lips parted slightly, Nari wanted remained focused but she just couldn't
"Nari shoot," Bada repeated, drawing Nari's attention away from her lips. "F-fuck! The ball went in!" Nari gasped as the ball flew through the rim, her eyes widening in surprise "IT'S THAT EASY?"
"Yeah, what do you expect? You were holding the ball like a kid."
Nari looked up at Bada with a playful pout. "You're so mean," she muttered dramatically, even though she was grinning mischievously.
As the evening progressed, the lighthearted and flirty atmosphere of the competition only grew more intense. Every point, every basket, every move was met with laughter and playful banter, the two girls trading witty remarks as they tried to outscore the other.
They moved onto a different game, now playing air hockey. Nari was thrilled to find herself winning, her eyes bright with satisfaction as each shot found its way into the goal. Bada couldn't help but smile as she watched Nari's joy. The dancer couldn't help but find Nari adorable, as she smiled and laughed during the games.
Her bright expressions, sparkling eyes, and charming demeanor made Bada's heart flutter. She wanted to keep seeing that face, so she started letting her win at almost every game, just to see her look so happy.
She deserves it after all...
"And this," Nari smirked, placing the paddle down lightly. "is how you end someone."
"Don't make me remind you," Bada returned the smirk, stepping closer to Nari.
"Of what, exactly?" Nari asked, keeping her head down and her smile subtle.
"The basketball game," Bada said, her eyes sparkling with mischief and her smile inviting.
"I didn't know how to play, okay?" Nari said, rolling her eyes. "I'm a changed woman now."
"Sure," the taller girl replied, as her eyes trailed away for a second, her tone dripping with playfulness and sarcasm. "I totally believe you."
Nari raised her eyebrows, staring at her with an expression of mock shock. "You don't believe me?"
"Of course not," Bada said, leaning closer as her chin rested on her friend's shoulder. "We'll have to see if you know how to play in real court."
Nari chuckled and turned her head to meet Bada's gaze. "Ooooh it's on, I'll have to watch some YouTube tutorials later, though. Don't want to embarrass myself again."
The two girls were deep in thought, their conversation turning into an almost intimate exchange as their faces grew closer together.
However, their moment of closeness was soon interrupted by the voice of a small child, no more than six years old staring at them with a scowl on his face.
"Can you two move?" The little boy demanded, his small fists clenched tightly
"Yeah sorry-" Bada was halfway through her apology when the boy cut her off.
"You better be," he said, glaring at her with narrowed eyes.
"Listen here you little sh-" Nari started, but Bada cut her off before she could finish. She grabbed Nari's hand and dragged her away, trying not to laugh as she whispered in her friend's ear.
"You're gonna get us in trouble," she said with a small grin
"I hope he loses"
"As the night went by, they tried various games together, alternating between teaming up and facing off against one another - but what mattered most was they were having a blast.
Bada couldn't recall the last time she had this much enjoyment - she truly needed it. She was thankful she asked Nari out on a date.
As Bada reflected on her past with Yeri, she didn't think herself capable of quickly moving on after everything that had transpired. Nari, however, had managed to do the unthinkable.
Bada was ready to give herself whole-heartedly to Nari, and she only hoped she wouldn't leave her heartbroken.
"Oh my god, look!" the shorter girl was pointing at the claw machine in awe. "It's a My Melody plushie," she said with a bright smile on her face.
Bada turned towards her, grinning as she pulled out some coins from her wallet. "Do you want it?" she asked.
Nari looked at her for a moment, nodding her head. "Yea, yep, definitely," she said with an excited voice
Bada quietly prayed to herself, hoping that the claw would grasp that plushie, if it didn't happen, she might need to resort to some drastic measures. The machine made some beeping sounds, and Bada took a peek through narrow eyes.
Bada sighed in slight disappointment, glancing at the claw's empty grasp.
"Awh it's okay"
"No I'll get it I'll just try again" Bada insisted putting more money. She pressed on the big red button and the claw started to move
As the claw closed in on the stuffed animal, Bada's eyes widened with excitement
"I got it!" She whispered excitedly, her eyes glued on the plushie as it dangled above the release slot.
Nari was too busy admiring Bada's gentle smile and loving eyes to notice the plush toy in her hands. When she realized what had happened, she turned to Bada with wide eyes and a bright smile, lightly touching the plush toy as if to confirm that it was real.
"Wait, what?" she repeated with a laugh, her cheeks flushed a soft pink. Her gaze turned back to the plush toy, and then back to Bada. "You got it for real- Thank you"
Nari jumped into Bada's arms, her arms wrapped tightly around the oreo haired girl. The warm embrace was so unexpected that for a moment, Bada was speechless, her own arms falling around Nari's small frame as she hugged her back.
In that moment, Bada felt her heart melt and her mood instantly uplifted. She wanted to win a hundred more plush toys so that she could get hugs like this one.
"Aw, it's so cute," Nari said, a warm smile on her lips and her arms still wrapped tightly around Bada. Bada's heart fluttered at the sight, and she felt herself drawn to Nari's lips. She wanted to kiss her, right there in that moment. The feeling of Nari's soft hair against her skin, the sound of her breath as she looked into her eyes... She wanted to soak in every second of it, never wanting this moment to end.
"We should go." She cleared her throat. "It's gonna close soon either way."
Nari nodded in agreement, her eyes flickering towards the door as she realized it was getting late.
As they made their way towards the exit, however, a photobooth caught Bada's attention, her eyes going wide as she noticed it. "Hey let's go there"
Nari couldn't even reply as she felt a tug on her arm. She was unexpectedly dragged toward the photobooth. They came to a stop in front of the machine, and while Nari was browsing through the various accessories available,
Bada began giggling excitedly. "Hey, why don't you wear these?" She said through laughter, her eyes trained on the donkey ear headband she held out toward Nari.
Nari's face fell as she turned to see what Bada was talking about "Hahaha very funny," she said bluntly
"Come on it was funny"
"I didn't laugh"
"Boring"
Bada then quickly picked out a set of fluffy, pink bunny ears.
"Here, I found some cute bunny ears," she said as she proceeded to place them atop Nari's head.
Once the ears were situated on her, Nari smiled and looked at her reflection in the mirror, her expression becoming even more cheerful as she took in her bunny ears.
"They're adorable!" She said happily, her eyes twinkling with mirth as she turned to face her date with a playful smile.
They entered the booth, although it was a little small, they didn't mind squeezing in together. Nari put her arm around Bada's shoulder and smiled. They pressed their bodies close as they smiled and waited for the final countdown to begin.
Nari's eyes twinkled as she turned to look at Bada with a grin, her expression filled with excitement as she got closer to her date.
As the countdown finished, the two girls closed their eyes and held their breaths for the final few seconds, the anticipation of their photo only growing as the time passed.
"Is it done?" Nari asked, looking for the pictures
Bada picked up the four pictures which were now in the machine, her eyes going wide as she glanced down at their smiling faces. "Look!" She exclaimed excitedly, her smile growing wider as she turned to face the girl she likes with the photos in hand.
"We look so cute! Oh my god." Nari squealed excitedly, her voice filled with joy as she looked at the photos in her hand.
Quickly ripping off two photos for herself, she turned to face Bada with a smile, the girls' faces close together in the limited amount of space they had in the photo booth.
"I'll keep these with me." Nari said with laughter,
Nari and Bada exited the small photo booth with smiles on their faces, their emotions and excitement for the night ahead growing by the second.
As they made their way through the busy mall, the two girls walked closely together, their fingers brushing and grazing against each other as they moved and smiled at one another.
Every touch sent a little pang through their hearts
They got into the car, and as Bada started driving, the two of them began making small talk, sharing stories and discussing their interests and passions.
Bada spoke of her journey with dancing, while Nari talked about her love for fashion, their conversation quickly becoming more and more intimate as the miles between them slowly shrank. Before they knew it, both girls were already deep in their conversation, the moments of silence between them few and far between.
Nari looked out of the window and toward the beautiful scene before her - a vast beach, stretching out in front as it gently lapped the shore. "So pretty," she whispered in awe, her eyes glued to the sea and the waves beyond.
She was snapped out of her trance when she felt the car suddenly stop, her head turning quickly toward her date, who was now smiling back at her.
"I don't wanna go home," Bada sighed. "So let's just go sit at the beach." She shrugged playfully.
Nari, her enthusiasm growing by the minute, eagerly nodded, unaware of just how special the next few minutes would become for her.
