The minute you stop giving a damn, making your own rules, and living life the way YOU want is the minute you will be HAPPY!

I pull out my hair. Some people pick their skin, some people bite their nails. I pull my hair out. Because of this I have immense social anxiety because I constantly feel like my bald spots are clearly visible and people think I'm a freak. I found the solution: hair always up. It's not as cute as having my hair down, but it keeps me from feeling anxious which keeps me from pulling more! I've pulled about three hairs this whole week🙆

Thank God for my boyfriend, he is "overprotective" when it comes to my hair, he has been so supportive and even though I get mad when he swats my hands away when they go up to my head, he has made it possible for me to grow a fluffy patch, which is 1000 times better than being bald. Let's just hope that I don't get my fingers on those tiny baby hairs. So a big fuck you to trich today:)
