I think I fail to understand people getting tetchy and riled up because, oh noes, the provincial government wants to raise the minimum wage by a DOLLAR a year for three years. Literally in an convo with a dude who's convinced it'll be the end times, and drive out small businesses...it's like, does he not get that a dollar increase per hour can give people more financial security? That it leads to more spending, which actually STIMULATES the economy??? Leading to more jobs???
