rancho gordo desi chana - suffice it to say that, unlike me, these beans have a thick skin. not even overnight soaking and three rounds in my instant pot could help them find a lil tenderness. still taste good tho.

rancho gordo cranberry beans • creamy, silky. overcooked them in the instantpot & they were still dope as hell.
