first impression - man, poor kid. :( kinda sweet that sara gets to be a big sister for her, though.
impression now - a wonderfully strong character who is only able to fully come into her own if the player rejects the 'strong eat weak' mindset the death game is pushing for. her growth is a real reward for choosing emotions; seeing her finally able to act on her own is one of my favorite parts of chapter 3.
favorite moment - a lot of her time spent with kurumada comes to mind; the moment where she recognizes his desire to sacrifice himself for his loved ones and sees not only shin but also herself in him, then willing him to live on, therefore showing her own desire to live and heal ... hoooo boy it gets to me.
idea for a story - I'd really love a scene where kanna just gets to talk to keiji about his vote for her. he's supposed to be a leader, protecting the weakest of the group, but he failed her; the only reason she's here is because sara didn't fall prey to the same temptations. I think it could be a neat moment for two characters who don't interact much.
unpopular opinion - even though I draw her with it, I'm actually a bit mixed on whether or not I actually like the headcanon of kanna taking shin's scarf after his death. it's a reclamation, yes, but it's still very much a symbol of midori, especially after shin's death when he's finally shed it.
favorite relationship - to no one's surprise, it's greenblings. strangers turned found family turned actual family. wish we had a better name for them tho
favorite headcanon - I love kanna gardening hcs. :) I think it'd be sweet if her family had a small garden at home that she was so so excited to be old enough to help out in.
