Quackity tweeted (then very quickly deleted) this tiktok video, but not fast enough.

I missed them being petty bitches towards each other, but jskslamslnaalsjal

This showed how they are so clearly

How much their pride affects them, how they don't just hate each other but are excited to mess with the other

From Quackity being said to hide his excitement at watching Wilbur scheming better if there were other people around and once he had him in his face trying to get the upper hand with both a clean, good image of superiority and wit.

To all of Wilbur's plans wanting to feel the rush of possibly being caught, addicted to the sensation of his heart beating if only because of the adrenaline. He messes with Quackity not only because of pride and a need to match his wit, but because as Wilbur said in that one reddit post, "Quackity makes him feel human", by messing with Quackity he can prove to himself that he's alive

And they both enjoy insulting each other, each chance they get, they throw some petty insults as soon as they cross paths, but they seek each other out, be it by going to Las Nevadas or waiting for the other to come, glasses ready and a quip in the tip of the tongue

Quackity offering Wilbur a place in the office, but a place beneath him, or seeming like "he gave food to a homeless man" to have the higher ground. He can give Wilbur good things, but Wilbur won't take them just because he's seen as a charity case. He's being offered good things but being insulted at the same time, as after being kicked out of his own nation because of Quackity, he won't rescind to being officially beneath him (but he had no problem with the prospect of ruling together as a coalition, or him ruling one branch of the government with autonomy alongside Quackity, he has no problem if they're placed as equals)

But the Tubbo thing? They beat the shit out of each other because Wilbur fucked up big time, but Quackity wouldn't let him try to be the one to save Tubbo because he can't trust Wilbur and Quackity wants to prove that he's more of a leader, more of a friend, than Wilbur ever was
