<3My recipe for Garlic Mac and Cheese (who’s name is a misnomer because I use Radiatore pasta and not macaroni)Ingredients:1 box of Radiatore pasta1/4 c butter1/4 c flour3-4 cloves garlic, crushed (minced is fine if you don’t have a garlic crusher)2-3 c of milk (idk man I’m flying by the seat of my pants I don’t measure shit irl)1-2 tsp chicken bouillon (or vegetable, for our vegetarian friends ;D)2 c shredded cheddar cheese8 oz shredded (or cubed) fresh mozzarella (from a ball, not a block istfg)1 c give or take of shredded Parmesan cheese1 c panko bread crumbs2 tbs butterPreheat oven to 375, set a pot of salted water to boil.  Add radiatore pasta and cook until just shy of done, probably around 6-8 minutes.  Drain well, and put into a 9x13in pan.Melt your butter in a 1 quart sauce pan, add flour, and cook until golden brown stirring constantly.  Add your garlic and bouillon, whisking well, and cook another 30 seconds.  Add milk a little at a time (think 1/2 c) whisking well to avoid lumps.  Once milk is fully added and your roux is smooth, add the cheddar and mozzarella.  Stir until both cheeses are completely melted and your roux has thickened.  Taste test and adjust salt and pepper to your liking.  Pour your cheese sauce over the noodles and give them a little stir so they’re nice and mixed.In a small sauté pan, melt your butter and add panko, cooking until golden brown.  Sprinkle over the top of the macaroni and then sprinkle the Parmesan.  Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbling and delicious.  Allow to cool a few minutes to avoid fourth degree burns lol and serve.  I get something like 8 servings out of this, depending on how much you’re serving up.Pro-tip: sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of ground flax seed on top with the bread crumbs.  It’ll add a little fiber and omega threes to your otherwise cheese heavy dish without changing the flavor or texture too much.

94: who was the last person you know to have a birthday? oh man i’m so bad at remembering birthdays. i THINK my uncle or one of my cousins had a birthday the other day, or will be having one soon...? i can remember my gf’s birthday, my bird’s hatchday, my mom’s birthday, my own birthday, and for some reason the birthdays of several child/teenhood friends i haven’t talked to in 10-15 years. why can i remember the birthday of my best friend in 5th grade (october 4th) but not any of my cousins’ or most of my current friends’ birthdays? i have no idea.
