The caf will have Spanish music, traditional Spanish foods like - arroz con gandules, pernil, congri, pollo guisado, ensalada de awacate, ceviche, empanadas, mangu, salami, churros, pico de gayo, chips, and plenty more. @bcu_hola will be coming around and speaking to students about the Latin/Hispanic culture as well as provide small Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata dance lessons, for those that missed last night's "Latin Heat."
